What each one covers
- HACCP
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points: a method for identifying where in the process a biological, chemical or physical hazard could enter, and controlling it at that point rather than testing for it at the end.
- ISO 22000:2018
- An international food-safety management standard. It takes HACCP principles and requires them to sit inside a documented management system, with defined responsibilities, verification and periodic external audit.

- We publish only the certifications we actually hold, and those are HACCP and ISO 22000:2018. If your buyer requires another standard, tell us which and we will discuss it.
