Quality and food safety
Production is managed under HACCP and certified to ISO 22000:2018. What that means in practice is set out below, along with the things we can evidence on request.
The management system
HACCP identifies the points in the process where a hazard could enter and sets a control and a limit at each one. ISO 22000:2018 wraps that into a management system that has to be documented, followed and audited rather than simply written down once.

Quality questions
- Which food-safety certifications do you hold?
- HACCP and ISO 22000:2018. Certificate details are listed on our certifications page and copies are sent with any quotation.
- How long do the products keep?
- Twelve months for carton and PET, twenty-four months for glass and cans, from the date of production.
- Is every unit traceable to a batch?
- Yes. Each unit carries a batch code and a best-before date, which is how a delivery is traced back to its production run.
- Can you supply a product specification?
- Yes, per SKU, with the quotation.
